A simple and transparent pricing structure
You waive the first month’s rent for the all-inclusive package
The first month’s rent goes to SMART DEPART. This covers all the initial expenses, such as removal and storage of valuables and personal items, cleaning, as well as the complete marketing process, including tenant screening and the handover of the apartment.
For every succeeding month, you receive 100% of the gross rent
SMART DEPART’s compensation is covered through the legally permitted surcharge of up to 20% on the net rent. This means you receive 100% of the original gross rent. Should services such as telecom subscriptions or cleaning continue during the rental period, the associated costs will be covered either directly or indirectly by the temporary tenant.
* If you own the property, the same system applies – in this case, a market-based rental price will be determined.
An extensive storage service package is included
Mattresses
Single mattresses are considered to be up to 100 cm wide. Larger mattresses count as double. Your mattresses will be taken away and stored properly while we provide an alternative for the tenant.
Moving boxes
These are provided by SMART DEPART. We assume that you will pack your belongings into the boxes yourself, and SMART DEPART will transport and store them. For an additional fee, SMART DEPART can also take care of the packing.
Storage space
The specified storage space available to you is in addition to what is required for mattresses and moving boxes.

If you have above-average stuff to store, we can accommodate this for a small additional cost.
